Episode #21: How can I change the laws?

January 9th, 2021

One of the most common questions I get from parents is how they can change the laws.

Do you know who you can complain to about the abuse you've been through? Do you file a complaint or a lawsuit? Is all this going to cost a lot of money and time?

There's a gentler approach to getting justice, and that's approaching your legislators. But as someone who's been doing this for 8 years (and got over my fear of public speaking in the process!), I've learned what works, and what doesn't.

This episode will guide you through the first steps on reforming the system. You won't go broke or re-traumatize yourself in the process.

This will be a 4-part series, so get this one now and stay tuned for the other parts as they roll out :)

December 25th, 2020

Did the Family Court Dark Overlords set you up to be with your kids on Christmas?  Or was this another soul-crushing holiday because a judge refused you access?

Regardless of your answer, if your kids are in their other home right now, you may be sitting in grief over a lot of things that went wrong.

But the good news is ... you get to change that narrative at any time. This episode will show you how to start.

Episode #14: Getting My Son Back Is Not My Success Story

October 19th, 2020

No, that's not a typo! Having my relationship with my son restored by the state would be a DREAM. But it's nowhere near my end goal.

My success story lies far beyond getting a "better" judge, or my ex changing his mind about forcing me into litigation to be an equal parent, or even suing the state for damages.

Do YOU have a divine purpose waiting to be revealed - while you are wrestling with Family Court abuse?
